LOCATION The Yellow Door Lodge is located in Indian Point, one of our favorite areas for families visiting Branson. You're close enough to the action without staying in the middle of the traffic and crowds. Approximately: -1 mile to Silver Dollar City -3 miles to Indian Point Marina -10 miles to Table Rock State Park -10 miles to the Branson Strip -20 miles to Thunder Ridge Spend the day riding roller coasters, boating on Table Rock Lake, seeing a show or exploring Branson—then come home to your own quiet retreat. ★ NO SMOKING ★ Please refrain from smoking! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Thank you very much for your understanding. Things to note: 1. There is 1 security camera outside at the front entry, pointed out for your safety. 2. When using the community dumpster, make sure the bags are tied tightly to keep animals away. 3. Do not turn thermostat under 68 degrees to not lock the system. The upstairs area can get warmer. Please turn on ceiling fans to better circulate the A/C throughout the home. 4. We do routine pest control around the property, but you are in nature, so there may be occasional bugs. 5. We provide a pack n play and high chair but you will need to bring your own pack n’ play sheets. 6. This is a quiet neighborhood, so please keep that in mind when playing music or hanging outside. 7. Outdoor Pool is seasonal. Indoor Pool available year-round. 8. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. 9. To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that guests review and sign our standard rental agreement no later than 48 hours before check-in. All payments remain securely handled through Airbnb — no credit card details are ever shared with us. 10. Pets - small dog breeds under 25 lbs. that do not shed are allowed.
